Free yardage help

We size the load with you before you pay — no upsell, no guessing.

On-time trucks

You get an ETA window called the morning of your delivery.

One firm price

Material and haul are quoted together as a single number.

How it works[02]

Four steps, one price

No account setup, no portal, no waiting three days for a callback. Most orders go from first phone call to a pile on the ground inside 24 hours.

01

Tell us the job

Material, rough yardage and your ZIP. If you are not sure how much you need, give us the area and depth and we will work it out with you.

02

Get a firm number

We quote material plus haul as one price, usually within the hour during yard hours. Nothing gets added after the fact.

03

Pick your window

Same day for most Pearland and south Houston orders called in before 11am. Everything else is next day, weather allowing.

04

Load, haul, place

We load by the ton, the driver calls ahead, and the pile lands where you marked it. You confirm the drop and we are gone.

6–8 yd³

12–16 yd³

Our everyday residential and small-commercial truck.

Why this yard[03]

What we promise the load will be

Dirt is a commodity. Showing up when we said we would, with what you actually ordered, is not.

Firm price, no surprise fees

The number we quote includes the material, the haul and the fuel. No delivery surcharge invented after the truck leaves.

You point, we dump

Drivers place the pile where you mark it, as long as the truck can safely reach. We walk the drop with you before the bed goes up.

Right material or we swap it

If we load the wrong product for your job, we haul it back and bring the right one. Tell us the job, not just the product name.

Insured, bonded, and on the clock

Fully insured for residential and commercial sites, and we call with an ETA window the morning of your delivery.

Customers[04]

What the drivers get told

Reviews below are placeholders until we drop in your real ones.

★★★★★
“Called at 9, had eleven yards of loam in the driveway by 2 the same afternoon. Driver backed down a tight drive without touching the fence.”

Pearland, TX · Sandy loam, 11 yd³

★★★★★
“We run three crews and they are the only yard that actually calls with an ETA. Base rock has been consistent load to load, which matters when you are compacting to spec.”

Placeholder — contractor name

Katy, TX · Crushed concrete, ongoing

★★★★★
“I had no idea how much dirt I needed. They walked me through measuring the back yard over the phone and I ordered exactly right.”

Placeholder — customer name

League City, TX · Fill dirt, 16 yd³

Backyard regrade, Silverlake

22 yards of fill dirt placed in lifts to pull water away from a slab foundation, topped with loam and sod.

Gravel drive, Rosenberg acreage

340 feet of limestone base over fabric, two compacted lifts, crowned for drainage. Three belly dump loads.

Raised bed build, The Heights

Six cedar beds filled with compost blend, delivered to a narrow inner-loop lot with street-side placement.

Pool demolition fill, Friendswood

31 yards of clean fill into a demolished shell, placed in six-inch lifts with a compaction pass on each.

[05] YARDAGE CALCULATOR

Size the pile before you buy it

Measure the area, pick a depth, and this turns square feet into cubic yards. One yard covers 324 square feet at one inch, 108 at three inches, 54 at six. Round up when you order — a second trip costs more than the extra yard.

Questions[07]

Straight answers

The questions the yard phone gets every week.

Do you deliver to my site?

+

We deliver across the Houston–Pearland corridor and out into Brazoria, Harris, Fort Bend and Galveston counties. If your ZIP is inside that ring, we can get a truck to you. Anything farther out, call the yard and we will price the haul.

What's the minimum order?

+

Landscape materials like topsoil, loam, sand and compost start at one cubic yard. Bulk materials like fill dirt and crushed concrete start at five yards, because it costs the same to roll a truck either way.

When can I get a truck?

+

Same-day is common for Pearland and south Houston if you call before 11am. Everything else is typically next day. Weather that shuts a job site down also shuts our loader down, so wet weeks run slower.

How much does a cubic yard cover?

+

One cubic yard spreads roughly 1,800 square feet at 1 inch deep, 300 square feet at 1 inch for a 6-inch bed, or about 100 square feet at 3 inches. Our yardage calculator does the math for your exact area.

Where will the driver dump the load?

+

Wherever you can point to and the truck can safely reach. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a piece of plywood. We do not drive across septic fields, sprinkler heads or soft turf after rain.

How do I pay?

+

Card or check on delivery for residential orders. Established contractors can set up an account with net terms after the first few loads.

Do you haul material away?

+

Yes. We back-haul clean dirt and concrete spoil on many runs, which can cut your cost if the timing lines up. Mention it when you request a quote.
